Rob Johnston is the Executive Director at Clearwater Newport Beach. For the past 17 years, Rob has worked as an Executive Director for multiple senior living communities. Before joining the senior living industry, he worked in the hospitality industry as a Hotel and Resort General Manager for ten years. "I love seeing the immediate and significant improvement in residents' physical, mental, and emotional health within the first week or two of moving into a senior living community. We help fill in the gaps where assistance is needed and provide residents and their families with peace of mind. This often leads to a noticeable improvement in the residents' health and happiness, which I greatly enjoy."
