Founded and operated by Kristin and Jim Francis, this unique facility has become a beacon of hope for those seeking to enhance their quality of life through musculoskeletal strengthening and cellular improvement.

The Inspiration Behind OsteoStrong® Tustin

The inception of OsteoStrong® Tustin was deeply rooted in a personal experience. Kristin's mother, who underwent breast cancer treatment, developed Osteopenia—a decrease in bone mineral density. After less than a year of utilizing OsteoStrong's services, her mother's repeat DXA scan revealed a significant improvement in bone density and the reversal of Osteopenia. Witnessing this remarkable transformation, Kristin and Jim decided to become OsteoStrong® members themselves.

Jim, who had suffered from decades of disk degeneration, saw promising results with OsteoStrong's treatments. He experienced increased strength and enhanced contractile function of muscle cells, providing relief from chronic pain and improving his overall health. Even their 93-year-old grandmother has become a member, improving her strength and becoming more stable on her feet, which is especially crucial for someone of this age.

Motivated by their personal success stories, Kristin and Jim were determined to share the benefits of OsteoStrong® with others in the community, igniting the spark to open their own facility.

The Four-Device Spectrum System: A Game-Changer

One of the standout features of OsteoStrong® Tustin is the "Four Device Spectrum System," a low-impact exercise offered to members. In just 10 minutes per week, under the guidance of a certified coach, users engage in safe and controlled movements on each device. These movements stimulate the central nervous system, triggering osteogenesis (new bone growth). Each device provides instant biofeedback, with personalized data recorded and shared with members after each session. This highly customized approach has garnered enthusiastic praise from members.

Kristin Francis explains, "As we age, we stop building bone minerals around 30 years old and begin losing them annually. Weak bones lead to weaker muscles. OsteoStrong® offers a safe and effective way to apply the force needed to stimulate bone formation, which is often beyond the strength of most individuals in regular settings. Founding member, Xochitl B., who has Osteoarthritis in her knees started to feel pain relief and noticed she could walk much further without having to take a break.

Another Founding Member, Laurie H., began receiving compliments from fellow colleagues in her field of Real Estate who noticed her improved posture. Her only change in routine was joining OsteoStrong® Tustin. Stephanie G. joined OsteoStrong® in the summer of 2023. Although OsteoStrong® Tustin is considered a small business, the goal is to serve as many local members of the community as possible to facilitate improved health during the aging process. Life Outside of Work

Kristin and Jim met at work 12 years ago in project management, and share a similar passion for building and completing projects around the house. They stay very active with their adventurous four-year-old twins, Noelle & Noah. On family hikes, the twins have an affinity for scoping out and identifying critters, which always delights Kristin and Jim to see their eyes light up and their sense of wonder. Their love of family exudes in their business endeavors, as they aim to always treat their members with love, compassion and respect.
