The Balboa Island Holiday Home Walking Tour, our annual event presented by the Balboa Island Improvement Association, returns on Sunday, December 8th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. This year we are celebrating 26 years, and this marks the perfect start to your holiday season on our picturesque island. We have eight delightfully decorated bayfront, island homes and cottages lined up that will surely spark holiday cheer!

The 34th Annual Lighting of the Bay is back! Opening night is Friday, November 29, 2024 from 3pm - 8pm. The bay lighting runs through January 6, 2025.
