The Balboa Island Holiday Home Walking Tour, our annual event presented by the Balboa Island Improvement Association, returns on Sunday, December 8th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. This year we are celebrating 26 years, and this marks the perfect start to your holiday season on our picturesque island. We have eight delightfully decorated bayfront, island homes and cottages lined up that will surely spark holiday cheer!

The 29th Annual Balboa Island Parade is taking place Sunday, June 2, 2024 at 11am. This is a free event, open to all!

The Balboa Island Artwalk is the premier showcase for talented local artists with art, music, sun & fun for the whole family.

The 29th Annual Balboa Island Artwalk will take place on May 19th, 2024 from 9am to 5pm along the South Bayfront Promenade.

Admission is free. This fine art show features 90 artists exhibiting paintings, fine jewelry, blown glass, sculpture, and photography. Spectators will enjoy live music throughout the day on three stages along the walk.

Join Blue Atlas Marketplace x Newport Beach Living Magazine for a Holiday Sip n’ Shop. A portion of the proceeds will go to The Teen Project. Enjoy lite bites and champagne.
