As a Veteran-owned and operated company, Ben's unique background brings something special to Regal Construction. Ben served eight years in the British Army before transitioning to the U.S. Army, and his disciplined approach to leadership is evident in the way Regal Construction operates. The company intentionally keeps a team of seven employees, allowing them to maintain a hands-on approach to every project. Outside of work, Ben and Jose are passionate about family and soccer. Ben, originally from London, has lived in Orange County for the last 15 years and loves the weather, variety of activities, and the vibrant, diverse community. His weekends are often spent cheering for OCC soccer and enjoying outdoor adventures with his wife, Nicole, and their children, Michael and baby Danielle. Jose, a dedicated Manchester United fan, enjoys spending time with his family—wife Sylvia and their children, Lani and Joe—and supporting the local soccer community.
