Nick Lind has a passion for numbers and real estate. When he was just 24 years old, he dabbled in the real estate market by flipping his first home, an 1800 square foot, single-family residence in Lake Forest, making an impressive 30% annualized profit. At the time, he was more focused on finance and forged a decade-long career as a financial planner. Over the course of his career, he had many discussions around investment planning with his clients, and the conversation around investing in Southern California real estate kept coming up as an alternative investment strategy to the stock market. After assisting in syndicating the equity side of the capital stack in a couple of development projects that he partnered on with a colleague (who was already in the business), Nick decided to open Revere Real Estate in 2018 to tackle their own projects.

Revere Real Estate Development Company is now a full-fledged residential real estate development company and custom home builder. They build ground-up new construction custom homes in coastal Orange County. Revere’s current portfolio includes 36 residential units either in construction or city planning/entitlements.

Revere focuses on investing in and improving Southern California Coastal cities through urban in-fill development and custom home builds. They are always seeking new deals and projects while working with fresh, trustworthy investors. Their development team has 8+ years of experience, totaling 57 projects, bringing in 180+ million dollars in real estate transactions. In six years time, Revere has carved out its niche and is becoming a leader in the field of residential development and investing. Their portfolio to date includes stunning homes along the Southern California coast stretching from Malibu to Dana Point. Locally, they have completed two projects in Corona del Mar and are currently working on a rare opportunity to build in the exclusive Cherry Lake community. This property herein is only one of 19 total lakefront homes. This property sits on an extensive 30,000-square-foot lot. Revere purchased this property because they see unlimited potential for expansion and growth. The landscape design was completed by Garden Studios, also a local Newport Beach consulting firm. They have a 22-unit townhome project in Laguna Niguel, named The Cove at El Niguel, which consists of 1,900 square foot residences due to be completed by the summer of 2025.

Nick and his team are passionate about donating and contributing to the communities they build in. This year, Revere jumped on board as a silver sponsor at the Corona del Mar Home Tour. This was their first experience and Revere’s talented marketing staff captured, facilitated, and completed the post-event marketing/advertising video for the event as one of the event's In-Kind sponsors. They were very impressed when they saw the totality of what goes into making this one of Newport Beach’s most coveted events.

When looking back on what he has accomplished since opening Revere, Nick is most proud of the firm’s process and structure, that investors have continued to earn great returns on their investments and have decided to roll their proceeds into the next project, and that they have grown in size; both project count and staff count (from 2 units in 2018 to 36 units in 2023 & 11 staff members, respectively). Looking ahead, Nick hopes to continue to earn great returns for our investors, to build up their annual charitable contributions and to help beautify our community through their new home builds.
