PENDRY NEWPORT BEACH HOSTS A PRIVATE BLACK TIE AFFAIR TO CELEBRATE ITS GRAND OPENING

A who's who list of guests came out to celebrate the opening of Pendry Newport Beach and Elwood Club.
On Thursday, October 19, 2023, an estimated 900 high-profile attendees joined the festivities to celebrate the opening of Newport Beach's newest resort. The crowd was dressed to impress and included locals to Hollywood and everything in between. In what many are calling "the event of the year," guests were welcomed with individual bottles of Champagne and Cabaret showgirls who later danced around the pool deck to a spectacular firework show.
There were activations throughout the resort, including a cigar bar on the front lawn. The Cabaret at the Elwood Club featured the Dave Stephens Jazz Band, who thoroughly entertained guests with their lively show. Others enjoyed hitting balls in Elwood's golf simulator room.
Guests were treated to food stations and passed bites throughout the resort and at each of the property's signature restaurants, including SET Steak & Sushi by dining and nightlife powerhouse Clique Hospitality.
The outdoor areas, all beautifully lit, featured poolside entertainment by DJ Zen Freeman, contributing to an unparalleled grand opening sponsored by Cadillac, Visit Newport Beach, among others.
