THE STANDARD STITCH - Loungewear and everyday essentials made with certified organic and recycled cotton. Founded on believing that the fashion industry needed a makeover. In 2019, founder Alana Schmidt took her 20+ years of apparel industry experience and set out to disrupt the norm. She noticed that the way most clothes were made was wasteful, harmful, and exclusionary. “We’re setting the bar higher,” says Alana, “we are rethinking the way clothes are made at every step of the process.” The Standard Stitch is committed to using only sustainable materials and both non-toxic and low-impact dyes. Although based in Newport Beach, every garment is ethically made in Los Angeles. In fact, from fabric to finishing, their clothes only travel 10.3 miles to be
made. What is most notable is the company's commitment to size inclusivity. Offering a size-inclusive range from XS to 5X, The Standard Stitch believes quality and sustainable apparel should be available for all. THE BOUNDLESS -When local resident Alyssa Norwood started her brand in 2021, she aimed to create a line that exudes happiness and fun. Her line of clothing, hats, handbags, school gear, and other goodies can be spotted around town with bright, fun designs, tie-dye, and signature happy faces that can't help but make you smile. Boundless started as a fleece brand, but now they have an entire collection and can outfit you from head to toe; the minis included. And everything is fully customizable! In fact, local schools are now getting in on the fun! Mariners Elementary asked Alyssa to create custom spirit wear for the students.

KRISTINA WRIGHT JEWELRY - Founder Kristina Wright is a Newport Beach-based jewelry designer and celebrity makeup artist. Her company was started nearly two years ago amid the pandemic. Being uncertain of what was to come, she decided to pursue her dream of starting a jewelry line. Having a background in fashion design and sales, she knew it was time to take a chance. K. MURPH PHOTOGRAPHY - As a fine art photographer, Kristin Murphy strives to capture the breath, motion, energy, and colors we see daily in nature.
