Located inside the newly reimagined VEA Newport Beach at Fashion Island is SPA VEA. An expansive 14,000-square-foot tranquil space with a full range of offerings for locals and visitors alike. The two-story spa has 14 treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room, cold water foot revival, whirlpool, locker room, and showers. Spa guests can also enjoy the adult-only saltwater lap pool, fireplace, and cabanas. Meals and drinks can be ordered from the spa and delivered poolside.
Spa Vea offers a variety of massages, including the SPA VEA Coastal Escape using warm stones and Kukui Coconut Lotion, and exotic tropical oils to help with dry skin. In addition, the Firm Focused massage targets muscle relief and concentrates on areas of need. Finally, the Social Sanctuary Side by Side Massage is a couple's favorite and comes with bubbles to enjoy together. Guests can choose from 50-minute or 100-minute massages. There are also add-ons available to enhance the experience further.
For those looking for a facial, their dedicated estheticians complete a skin evaluation to assess the skin's condition and needs, followed by providing recommendations and explaining the benefits of each step. Five facials are offered, including the SPA VEA Luminous Luxury, which revitalizes the skin's luminosity with organic extracts of white algae, copper peptides, and hyaluronic acid. Advanced exfoliation promotes cellular turnover, followed by OSEA's facial massage to bring out a dewy glow. Guests also benefit from a hand and arm massage and hair mask. This facial is 100 minutes. Another popular option is the VEA Radiance offered for 50 and 100 minutes. This treatment aims to improve skin texture and other skin issues using Dr. Dennis Gross' proprietary blend of ingredients for a glowing, hydrated result.
Lastly, three body treatments are available. The 150-minute Elan's SPA VEA Voyage is the most comprehensive, including a 50-minute body treatment, 50-minute massage, and time to use the healing waters, sauna, steam, and pool. The treatment concludes with a 50-minute custom facial. In addition, guests receive a sparkling beverage, a travel-size OSEA product, and a complimentary invitation to return to the spa.
